To not have napkins. The other day I ate in Outback and the idiot waitress gave me one little wetnap smaller than a tissue to wipe my hands eating a rack of ribs. When I asked the moron for exrtra napkins she had the nerve to say to me that I should use the serving napkin that you put on your lap. Finally ten minutes later she brought out a few napkins from the vault. I think those bums keep the napkins under lock and key. They're more interested in cost cutting than the risk of spreading disease. They're criminals.They should have their restaurant licenses suspended for that.
